Following are some highlighted projects you are going to build as part of the 3 Minidegree Tracks (MLOps, AIOps, Bionic DevOps Tracks). These would help you build real world skills and get ready for AI in Devops and Devops for AI.Β 

Project 1 - ML Workflow from Data to Model

Understand the ML Project Development workflow and setup Data Processing, Feature Engineering, Exploratory Data Analysis, Model Training Pipeline with Scripts and Jupyterhub Notebooks

Project 4 - ML Monitoring and Scaling

Setup Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana with Custom Dashboards for FastAPI. Use KEDA for even driven autoscaling based on custom metrics.

Project 7 - RAG Powered Kubernetes ChatOps with Local Model

Setup a Locally running LLM Model along with a Vector Database and Embeddings. Add a custom knowledgebase with Kubernetes and use it for smart Kubernetes Mangement.

Project 10 - Multi Agent Workflow for Docker Automation

Using Agentic Frameworks, create a Multi Agent Workflow to Automate Docker Tasks.

Project 2 - Model Packaging and Serving with Containers

Understand how to package a Scikit Learn Regression Model with FastAPI and Streamlit Applications and containerize it with Docker. Setup Inference on Kubernetes.

Project 5 - Build a Terraform Module using Code Agents

Use Copilot tools such as VSCode / Cursor along with AI Code Agent capabilities to generate DevOps Code (e.g. Terraform). Learn about the best practices related to prompting and spec writing.

Project 8 - Build a Kubernetes RCA Agent

Build a simple Kubernetes RCA Agent with locally running LLM, which queries Prometheus for Metrics, Loki for Logs and presents a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Report with Remdiation Proposal.

Project 3 - GitOps Based Delivery with GHA and Argo

Learn how to setup ML Workflow Pipelines with GitHub Action Wokflows. Also learn how to setup Automated Deployment using ArgoCD.

Project 6 - AI Augmented CI/CD Pipeline

Use AI Tools including MCP Servers, Code Review Agents etc. to setup AI Based PR Review as well as to setup and manage ArgoCD Application Deployments.

Project 9 - Sysops Automation Agent

Using a Agentic Framework, create a simple Sysops Agent which reads the Document, Interprets it and Automated operations tasks.
