Refund and Cancellation Policy
This platform is owned by INITCRON SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED with trade name “School of Devops”. We are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences to our users. However, we understand that our courses may not be the right fit for everyone. To ensure a fair refund process, we offer a 15-day refund policy under the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Refund:

- Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

- Refunds apply only to self-paced courses and bootcamps. Live instructor-led programs, cohort-based trainings, mentorship programs, and certification bundles are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

- To be eligible for a refund, the student must have completed less than 20% of the course content.
Non-Refundable Services:

- Live workshops, instructor-led training, and coaching sessions are non-refundable due to the limited availability and high value of these sessions.

- Course bundles and promotional discounts (such as Black Friday deals or special sales) may have different refund conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
Refund Process:

- Submit a refund request by emailing support@campus.schoolofdevops.com with the order details and reason for the request.

- Refunds will be credited to original virtual payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

- If a refund is granted, access to the course or program will be revoked immediately.
Cancellation Policy:

- You may cancel your enrollment within 15 days of purchase for eligible courses.

- For subscription-based memberships, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Exceptions:

- Refunds will not be provided for cases of course completion, account misuse, or policy violations.

- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the request is an attempt to abuse our refund policy.
