However, we understand that our courses may not be the right fit for everyone. To ensure a fair refund process, we offer a 15-day refund policy under the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Refund:

• • Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

• • Refunds apply only to self-paced courses and bootcamps. Live instructor-led programs, cohort-based trainings, mentorship programs, and certification bundles are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

• • To be eligible for a refund, the student must have completed less than 20% of the course content.

Non-Refundable Services:

• • Live workshops, instructor-led training, and coaching sessions are non-refundable due to the limited availability and high value of these sessions.

• • Course bundles and promotional discounts (such as Black Friday deals or special sales) may have different refund conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Process:

• • For subscription-based memberships, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

• • Refunds will not be provided for cases of course completion, account misuse, or policy violations.

• • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the request is an attempt to abuse our refund policy.
